Founded by Eddie and Priscilla, our journey began with a simple obsession: the perfect balance of flavors and using healthy ingredients. We spent years experimenting with various recipes, and learning that the best things in life cannot be rushed. Everything we bake today follows that same slow, patient philosophy.
